Roy spent the last 19 years of his career as a CEO helping to pioneer and scale behavioral health services. As the Co-Founder & President of PAX, his role includes leading strategic planning, promoting collaboration across departments, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations, and actively seeking feedback from patients and employees to drive ongoing enhancements. Roy is an Army veteran and dedicated to making mental health services accessible to all.
